Over the years operating Surf-ICI and keeping things working well, we have gained experience both with our own systems and helping customers through a variety of problems.  There are times when it is necessary to call in the professionals, Surf-ICI has working relationships with several information technology experts (computer geeks) who can assist you in the following areas:

Carry-In Services:  Bring your computer to our location at 2346 S. Lynhurst Drive, Suite C-101, Indianapolis, IN  46241 where we have technical staff and specialized resources available to repair your computer.  Charges not itemized below are billed at a rate of $75/hour.

On-Site Services:  Our technicians can be dispatch to your location for on-site service or pick up your computer and bring it to our facility on Lynhurst Drive.  The charge for on-site service is $110/hour with a minimum of 2 hours service charge.

Telephone Support:  15 minute blocks @ $25 each. If phone support cannot fix the problem, charges will be applied to in-shop service.

Microsoft Product Training:  We offer personal training on Microsoft FrontPage, Publisher, Word, Excel, Power Point, and Network use.  Training classes available at our location or yours.

Virus Removal:  One of the largest problems customers experience is Virus Removal.  If you use Norton Utilities or McAfee and still have not solved your virus problems, it is time to call in a specialist. Most of the time our technicians can remove the virus on site; however, it may be necessary to remove the infected hard drive from your computer and repair it in a controlled service environment. We have the ability to remove all known viruses from your system with the specially built computers in our shop.

Check your system for viruses with Symantec's free on-line security checker.

Spyware Removal: Is your computer slowing down, freezing, or behaving strangely?  Chances are it is infested with Spyware.  Our technicians can install software that will scan your hard drive, remove the spyware and keep your machine spyware free.  (1 hour)

AntiVirus Installation & Configuration: Installation and configuration of AntiVirus Software on personal workstations and network servers.  This is a must for anyone serious about data security.

Hardware & Software Repair, Upgrades & Tune-ups: Complete system work-over including product patches, service pack installations, updating operating systems, system driver updates, hard drive testing & defragmentation.

New Computer Setup: Transferring critical files from one computer to another. 

Install Backup Systems: Software and hardware solutions for your backup needs.

Software Compatibility Evaluations:

Networking: Server setup, cabling, network cards, installing and configuring workstations, build and configure servers and special applications hardware.

If you are having problems with your existing network or need a new network, we have experts who can help.  Whether your network is large with dedicated servers or a small peer-to-peer, we have the experience necessary to solve your business networking problems.
